I have designed and made a great many items for living areas but never tire of fresh opportunities. Traditional construction and styling continues to be popular for many of my clients but I am increasingly being asked for modern designs to accommodate contemporary taste or facilitate storage of technology

Breakthroughs in materials and lighting technology have led to a great many exciting new directions for contemporary furniture. Cabinet making can incorporate the inclusion of utilitarian devices such as t.v. elevators, remote control devices, low temperature LED lighting and hidden speaker systems.

Best quality timber will always be used where specified. Be that oak, walnut, maple, ash, or any of the fine more exotic stock that comes into this country. In addition there are many laminated boards now available veneered in beautiful real timbers that are not supplied in thicker stock. These are worth investigating as an alternative in providing a richer variety of finishes.
